The building timeframe has been revised – owners can now hold their property for up to five years before building. Hudson Manor has been sold and is being transformed into a six/seven-star guesthouse, which is incredibly exciting for the estate. Security is also being upgraded, with new cameras going up around the estate.

The estate is fully fenced and will undergo a perimeter upgrade during 2026/2027. From 1 October 2026, monitored gate cameras and estate-wide CCTV will be in place. In addition, thermal cameras are being installed along Welbedacht Road in partnership with Allsound Security.
